President Tharman Shanmugaratnam will make a working visit to Berlin, Germany, from 4 to 8 June 2025. The visit takes place as Singapore and Germany commemorate 60 years of diplomatic relations, and the first year of our Strategic Partnership.

2      President Tharman will receive a ceremonial welcome at Schloss Bellevue in Berlin, followed by a bilateral meeting with German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier. He will also engage in roundtable discussions with senior German business leaders and think tanks.

3      President will also be engaged in the Group of Thirty (G30) Spring Plenary and chair the G30 Board of Trustees meeting in Berlin.

4      President Tharman will in addition meet overseas Singaporeans based in Germany.
