Deepavali Istana Open House

The Deepavali Istana Open House (IOH) will be held on Thursday, 4 November 2021. Visitors will be able to enjoy the Istana’s outdoor spaces and gardens. Safe management measures will be in place to ensure the safety of all visitors.
Visitors who wish to visit the Istana on 4 November 2021 will have to apply for tickets in advance. Each application is limited to a maximum of two tickets. At the time of application, applicants will have to choose a two-hour timeslot starting from 9am, 11am, 1pm or 3pm. Tickets will be allocated by an electronic balloting system. The balloting results are final.
There are no charges for the tickets. Ticket application will open from Monday, 25 October 2021, 10am to Tuesday, 26 October 2021, 10am at https://bit.ly/3pjPMxP. Each ticket admits one visitor to the Deepavali IOH at the allocated time slot. Children (inclusive of infants) must hold a valid ticket to be admitted.
There will be no performances, tours, booths, food trucks, or souvenirs on sale at this IOH. Only the outdoor gardens will be accessible to visitors. There will be no conducted tours of the Main Building. Visitors must keep their masks on at all times. Mask-off activities, including the consumption of food and beverages, are not allowed. Safe distancing ambassadors will be deployed to ensure visitors observe safe distancing measures.
The Istana seeks visitors’ cooperation and understanding so that the IOH will be a pleasant experience for all.
