NATIONAL DAY ISTANA OPEN HOUSE RESCHEDULED
TO SATURDAY, 28 AUG 2021
The National Day Istana Open House (IOH) will be held on Saturday, 28 Aug 2021. Only those already issued tickets will be admitted.
The National Day IOH was originally scheduled on Sunday 1 Aug 2021 but was postponed when Singapore returned to Phase 2 (Heightened Alert).
During this IOH, only the open-air outdoor gardens will be accessible to visitors. There will be no access to buildings and other indoor spaces.
To further ensure the safety of our visitors, the Istana will be implementing additional safe management measures over and above those currently practised in public parks. Ticket holders are reminded to adhere to the timeslot assigned to them. Visitors must keep their masks on at all times. Mask-off activities, such as exercising and consumption of food and beverages, will not be allowed. To avoid gathering of large groups, there will be no performances, tours, booths or food trucks within the Istana grounds. Safe distancing ambassadors, Istana staff and volunteers will also be deployed to ensure that visitors observe all safe management measures.
The Istana seeks the cooperation and understanding of visitors so that the upcoming Istana Open House will be a pleasant experience for all.
