Uzbekistan’s President Shavkat Mirziyoyev presented this gift to then-President Halimah Yacob during his State Visit to Singapore from January 16 to 17, 2023.

Dimensions: 16 × 21 × 46 cm
This sculpture depicts the Humo (or Huma), a mythical bird originating in Persian and Central Asian folklore. Featured on the State Emblem of Uzbekistan, the Humo symbolises happiness, nobility, and the freedom-loving spirit of the Uzbek people.
With its wings outstretched, it is portrayed as a protective guardian, representing peace, prosperity, and the nation's spiritual heritage.
